I forgot to take an ‘after’ photo on the day. It was probably the language barrier! The cut is definitely shorter than I had hoped for going in, but I like it! Overall it was quite an interesting experience- None of the hairdressers themselves spoke English, and the receptionist acted as a translator. There was one other hairdresser there who I believe may have been the salon owner, Zhong. The hairdresser who cut my hair was called Chan. When you first enter the salon, you will find the nail bar and a small reception. Located on Dalry Road, the salon is just a 5 minute walk from Haymarket station and was very easy to find. Apart from the hair salons in Hong Kong and Singapore that I’d been to, this was my first visit to a local ‘Asian specialised’ salon so I didn’t really know what to expect.
